**Marketing Manager**
Red Energy is owned by the Mighty Snowy Hydro, making us 100% Australian owned and operated. With over 1200 employees we enjoy a balance between working from home and in our amazing five story building in Richmond. As we work to maintain our 12 year award winning customer service, we strive to provide the best experience on all avenues for our internal and external customers.

We have an exciting new opportunity that doesn’t come around too often, our Marketing team are looking for a Marketing Manager on a full time, permanent basis.

**As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Coordinating and executing assigned marketing and loyalty campaigns and develop and implement innovative promotional programs that meet Red’s brand, acquisition and retention objectives
- Managing end to end campaigns, projects, and events to ensure successful implementation and delivery in line with budgets and business cases
- Identifying and developing partnership opportunities and sponsorships including contract negotiation, asset development and on ground activations to drive profitable growth and brand awareness
- Providing marketing advice across all stakeholders to promote and educate the brand throughout the organisation and ensure adherence to brand essence and guidelines
- Developing campaign business cases, measures and post campaign analysis with a focus on cost of acquisition, cost of retention and campaign effectiveness
- Tracking and reporting project costs against budget, ensuring marketing spend meets budget and return on investment criteria
- Building and maintaining strong effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring delivery to agreed service levels
- Ensuring all marketing activities meet industry and company risk and compliance profiles and requirement
- 5+ years marketing experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification (eg marketing or related business qualification)
- Experience in managing multiple projects to timeframe and budget
- Experience in developing internal and external marketing communications
