**The role**

We are seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join our client on a permanent full-time basis. The role will be based in Epping, VIC and multiple positions are available. A background in manufacturing is highly desirable.

You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring accuracy and commercial viability
- Negotiate with customers and provide solutions to meet their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently and effectively
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and maintain the CRM database

**To be considered for this role, you will have**:

- Proven experience in an internal sales or customer service role, with a background in manufacturing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to think creatively and provide solutions to complex problems
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
