**The Role**:
As the F&B Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen team, bar staff, and front-of-house staff to ensure that all aspects of the restaurant are running smoothly.

As the F&B Duty Manager, your responsibilities include:

- Managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Creating and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Hiring, training, and supervising staff members
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assisting in menu development and pricing strategies
- Conducting regular staff meetings and performance reviews
- Collaborating with other departments within the resort to ensure a seamless guest experience

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar F&B management role
- Holds a WA Approved Manager Card
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and irregular hours as required

- This position involves extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
