**The Role**:
We’re on the lookout for a **highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager** to lead our front desk operations on stunning Rottnest Island.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

- Lead and support the daily operations of the front office team, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service for every guest.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the resort.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using the RMS booking system.
- Liaise with Housekeeping to manage room readiness and guest turnover.
- Respond to guest queries, providing helpful local knowledge and resort information.
- Take responsibility for general office administration and night audit functions.
- Maintain strong relationships with park teams, long-term residents, and guests alike.
- Be available on a rotating roster over a 7-day period, including on-call responsibilities 3-4 nights per week.

**What we look for**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- A guest-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in RMS and Excel.
- Experience in night audit procedures.
- Flexibility to live and work in a remote location with on-call responsibilities.
- Desired but not necessary: First Aid and Working with Children Check
