About the Role
Supporting the Food and Beverage Manager with ensuring departmental operations run in accordance with company standard at all times. The role is responsible for the vital coordination and supervision of the day-to-day operations of Food and Beverage staff across multiple outlets at Kingfisher Bay Resort.
Other responsibilities include meeting and exceeding customers' needs and service expectations, maximizing profitability, ensuring team members are trained to the Kingfisher Bay Resort Standard, and supporting all team members in all areas of the operation.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a Food and Beverage Supervisory role
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Understanding of Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements under the QLD Liquor Licensing Laws and current QLD RSA certificate is essential
- Authorisation to live and work in Australia (VISA)
- Barista and beverage making skills are a plus
- Food and Beverage skills, including a la carte and bar service - highly regarded
- Food Safety Course - Essential
- RMLV certificate or ability to complete
