About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to lead functional and organisational specific programs of work in leadership development and learning and development across ProbeCX and establishing ProbeCX Learning as a Centre of Excellence. This includes overseeing the operationalisation of People and Organisational Development Strategies and Corporate Business Plans. This role leads a team in the design, development and deployment of programs, working in the business to translate strategy and engage with key internal stakeholders, senior leaders, other internal enabling functions and external partners.
Success will be measured through the delivery of the following outcomes- Develop and Deliver a Corporate training framework to meet business needs and expectations.- Develop and Deliver targeted learning pathways for career development.- Develop and manage a process to assesses and improve capability across Probe.- Determine and measure the required outcomes for learning and development.- In consultation with operations and key business stakeholders, proactively develop and manage Probes corporate learning calendar.- Manage the relationship, agreements and budget for external learning and development providers- Maximise the effective utilisation of training and development systems.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in Business, Education, Organisational Psychology, Learning and Development or Human Resources- Demonstrated instructional design and learning delivery based on adult learning principles and learning- Demonstrated project and change management disciplines.- Demonstrated delivery of key projects and initiatives- Experience in a similar role, with responsibility for leading organisation wide and large scale organisational change initiatives.- Australian Citizen
