Reporting to the Managing, Capability & Diversity, you will play an integral role in the development and delivery of organisational development (OD) initiatives across LXRP's fast-paced environment. Your aim will be to establish an engaged culture of learning and diversity through the use of contemporary OD thinking and approaches. As a passionate capability and diversity champion you will facilitate focus groups, interactive (virtual & in-person) workshops and information session as you connect with graduates all the way to senior leaders. Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

- Leading meetings, workshops and briefing sessions as you consult, facilitate and drive capability and diversity initiatives.
- Producing communication collateral to engage, influence and educate a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Leveraging data analytics to deliver key organisational development insights and inform future decisions.

The Capability and Diversity Specialist position is a 3-year fixed term contract, offering 0.8 part time opportunities where desired. The role is paying between $127,467 - $170,579 + super with a weekly blend of WFH and CBD office working arrangement envisioned for the role.

About you
We are on the hunt for an organisation development specialist, with experience delivering HR, diversity, inclusion, OD and/or Change programs. You will be comfortable thriving in a multifaceted environment, project managing numerous projects and initiatives at one time. The ability to facilitate large, senior groups will be second nature for you as you navigate and influence teams through ambiguous and complex objectives.

- You will have exposure to virtual and social learning platforms and tools.
- You well be well versed in group process skills - eg. active listening, conflict resolution, decision-making and direct communication.
- You will bring a creative lens to all processes and programs - we want someone who can think outside of the norm and cement a culture of learning and diversity throughout all of LXRP.
