OPERATIONS MANAGER

MotiVision Disability Services is looking for an experienced and exceptional Operations Manager on apart time basis to join our team at Chester Hill, reporting to the managing director. The company is an NDIS registered disability and aged care service provider.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Day to day operations of the business
- Manage Staff and clients on a day-to-day basis (care staff)
- Managing the operation of the office
- Managing Employee timesheet accountability on daily basis
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to by staff
- Creating rosters and scheduling service visits
- Perform Quality control and manage KPI’s
- Maintaining Compliance in line with legislation
- Recruitment and selection
- Improve operational management systems, best practice systems
- Ensuring the operation of the business is done so in an efficient and timely manner
- Coordinate, plan and execute workflow activities
- Coordinate office personnel work activities in line with strategic business goals
- Provide thorough and accurate reports on the activities performed within the business
- Ensure workplace materials and documentation are maintained in line with legal obligations and best practice standards
- Regularly review and implement changes to various forms of documentation
- Manage all third party communication and technology queries and networking

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Required to have a degree in Business Management or alike and or;
- One year of experience in similar role (highly desirable)
- Communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Self-Discipline
- Organisational skills
- Team Leader, how to get the best out of employee and the business

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
