The Role

Bega Group is looking for a highly motivated Portfolio Change Manager who is passionate about executing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role involves navigating multiple projects across a portfolio of brands.

As a Portfolio Change Manager, you will be crucial in changes to the fit, Form, or Function of a Product. You will oversee and own a portfolio of projects, drive accountability, and ensure deadlines are met. Additionally, you will manage Master Data Creation across various systems.

This role operates on a hybrid model, between our Docklands office and work from home, to support your work-life balance.

**Responsibilities**:
- Anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, ensuring both internal and external requirements are met effectively.- Plan and prioritise work to meet organisational goals, coordinating activities and timelines to ensure seamless execution.- Identify and resolve potential blockages and delays, tackle new opportunities and challenges, and prioritise based on urgency and business requirements.- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, risk management, and timelines, while managing Master Data setup.- Prepare and run the monthly Category Review in collaboration with marketing.

About you- Experienced in Project Management within commercial environments and well-versed in standard Project Management disciplines and tools.- Prior experience in leading teams to achieve business solutions and providing effective coaching.- Experience with Master Data management - preferably utilising SAP/ M3.- Proven track record in leading change across cross-functional teams.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, thriving in fast-paced environments while effectively managing time, responsibilities, and resources.
