Currently looking for an NDIS Marketing Manager/ Development Manager to help grow our business.

Apex Community Carers have been around for two years now, and we are looking for someone to help us reach the next level in the NDIS sector. This entails identifying NDIS marketing trends, devising short and long-term strategies, and finding potential clients and persuading them to join our company

This role will contribute to accelerated customer growth through creating a plan that will allow us to identify potential clients and marketing in a manner that will best attract them to our company.

Key responsibilities:

- Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
- Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
- Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
- Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention
- Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
- Utilise interpersonal skills in persuading potential clients.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
- Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors

**Qualifications for Marketing Manager**
- Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
- Ability to travel as necessary

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in NDIS business development, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and proposal development skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Part time with the potential to become full time after the three month probation period.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $69,821.90 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (required)
