**About the role**

**The **Key Account Manager**is a **permanent**position, based at **Wetherill Park or Ingleburn.** Reporting to **the Sales Manager Resellers**you will be responsible for developing & growing our relationships with NSW/ACT Key Reseller Customers in a structured and professional manner. You will leverage data and analysis to identify opportunities for joint value creation across the total value chain.

You will leverage your communication and rapport building skills to build and maintain deep relationships with stakeholders internally and externally, in order to deliver against the business objectives across the Gyprock and Bradford Insulation portfolio primarily within Sydney Metro

As a high-performing and driven personality, you'll bring dedication to offering excellent service & support to our customers. Flexibility is key, as this role will require local travel, and attending various trade shows & customer events, that may be outside of working hours.

**In this role you will**:
- Develop and implement key account plans that result in continuous share growth for CSR and align these with desired customer growth, theirs and CSR's.
- Leverage CRM Project Tracking to identify appropriate Commercial segment opportunities and negotiate with the internal Commercial team to determine which ones to assign to resellers vs service direct.
- Ensure effective handover of specified projects to resellers and ensure conversion to sale at the right ratio.
- Investigate and report back on CSR service and quality levels based on feedback, oversee and close out resolutions.
- Provide regular feedback and share intel across the business on competitor activity, products, and pricing strategies to sustain/ position our competitive advantage.

**What you bring to the role**

- Previous experience within business development / commercial planning experience.
- Experience of the building industry or construction materials is desirable
- Strong ability to influence at various levels & negotiate commercial outcomes that secures demand growth
- High energy with a will to succeed.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on the customer.
- An ability to analyse and structure data to tell compelling commercial stories
- An ability to author and deliver professional presentations to key stakeholders
