**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Don’t want to be stuck behind a desk? Have a passion for vehicles of all shapes and sizes? We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our Tullamarine, 3043 branch. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Your key responsibilities will include:

- Ensure all incoming damaged vehicle stock is catalogued (features and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our system accurately and within the required timeframes
- Coordinating, monitoring and recording stock departures and deliveries to the branch from the gatehouse
- Liaising with customers and tow truck drivers regarding the delivery and pick up of vehicles
- Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly
- Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

- Current & valid manual drivers' license (essential)
- A strong focus on attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask
- Competent verbal & written communication skills
- Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
- Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
