ABOUT THE ROLE

Don't want to be stuck behind a desk? Have a passion for vehicles of all shapes and sizes? We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our Tullamarine, 3043 branch. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure all incoming damaged vehicle stock is catalogued (features and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our system accurately and within the required timeframes
• Coordinating, monitoring and recording stock departures and deliveries to the branch from the gatehouse
• Liaising with customers and tow truck drivers regarding the delivery and pick up of vehicles
• Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly
• Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

• Current & valid manual drivers' license (essential)
• A strong focus on attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask
• Competent verbal & written communication skills
• Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
• Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
• The successful candidate must be willing to work occasional overtime on weekends where required.
