**About you**

You are a process driven and solution focused Operations Support Officer with the ability to contribute to the operation of SERCO’s Mobile Road Safety Camera Program.

You have excellent multi-tasking and can assist in ensuring the wellbeing and safety of camera operators and Serco Operations Centre personnel, monitoring all movements from the operators log on times until the operators log off times. Provide support to Mobile Road Safety Camera Operators delivering information & providing a high level of customer service.

You are flexible and adaptable and enjoy building strong relationships to provide the best possible outcomes. You demonstrate exceptional moral values in all that you do.

**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Co-ordinator Operations Support Centre, the Project Officer will be responsible for ensuring that MRSCO camera sessions are compliant by monitoring and confirming camera session details within agreed timeframes. This includes accurately recording data for start and finish times of camera sessions, site information, site compliance, communicating roster changes, radio, and welfare checks.

You would accurately complete all reporting requirements (MRSCO and SOC employees) utilising
all systems available e.g. Natasha, Welfare Tracker, Data baud, MyFleet and splunk Tracking client.
Track MRSCO welfare checks and follow up staff who fail to check in at scheduled times.

Report lost camera hours, quarantines; MEX faults etc accurately in accordance with SERCO procedure and escalate issues appropriately. Organise and manage time to ensure all data and reporting requirements are completed.

Share information (verbal and written) clearly concisely and effectively and maintain professional and collegial relationships with all camera operations staff

To be successful for this role, you will have:_**
- A Valid Victorian Drivers Licence.
- Strong background in a Customer Service or Communications position.
- Good computer skills including MS suite, excel, outlook.
- Experienced at dealing with conflicting priorities and managing accordingly.
- Proven ability to be perceptive and patient when dealing with staff.
- Demonstrated experience at following processes and procedures.
- Strong administration skills.

Due to the nature of the position, having the flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7 roster is essential._**
- This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes national police check as an essential selection component for this role._
