At Green by Nature, we care deeply about our people, our communities, and the environment. We are seeking a proactive HSE Systems Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in keeping our Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) systems running smoothly.

This role will suit someone who enjoys combining their technical system skills with a passion for safety and compliance. You’ll support our teams across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring our HSE systems are accurate, effective, and easy to use.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Administer and maintain our HSE systems (incident reporting, risk management, compliance registers).
- Provide first-line support and training to system users across the business.
- Generate reports and dashboards to help leaders make informed decisions.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HSE requirements.
- Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience working with HSE systems and/or system administration.
- Strong IT and data management skills (Excel and reporting tools).
- Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Clear communicator with the ability to support and train others.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
