Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for accounts payable and employee expense functions for New Zealand and Australia**.**
This is an exciting opportunity for you to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across manufacturing, retail, commercial, and support office teams, working across the breadth and depth of the organization.

In this sweet role you will be responsible for:
- Daily processing of invoices in EBS Oracle system - review, verify & matching of invoices to purchase orders
- Daily processing of all manual invoices to the EBS Oracle accounting system
- Liaise with internal managers for manual invoices’ approvals, PO creation and receipting
- Processing weekly & monthly payments
- Weekly/ Monthly Reconciliation of accounts payables against Suppliers’ statements
- Develop & maintain strong relationship with Suppliers & Internal Stakeholders
- Work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues that arises from Oracle EBS PO process.
- Responding to queries and resolve issues from external stakeholders in relation to Accounts payables.
- Assists with other accounts functions as directed.

**Qualifications**
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Accounting or Finance
- 1 to 3years’ experience in a similar role or recent qualified accounting graduate.
- Experience in using ERP systems (Preferably Oracle EBS) highly desired.
