Do you enjoy solving technical problems and helping others grow? **Capral** is seeking an experienced **Fabricator Technical Support & Training Specialist** to join our team in Huntingwood.

This exciting full-time role is focused on supporting our Fabricator network, Account Managers, and Customer Service team through expert training, technical assistance, and hands-on support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **Capral’s** fabricator network.
- Provide product and tooling training to Account Managers and Customer Service teams.
- Deliver expert technical support to fabricators - including product selection, tooling, and fabrication best practices.
- Support with estimation software and tooling setup/maintenance.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to fabricators to ensure tooling is operational and well-maintained.
- Offer project-specific solutions that comply with Australian Standards.
- Monitor market and competitor activity; suggest product improvements or innovations.
- Uphold the highest standards of Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E).

**What We’re Looking For**

**Essential**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in aluminium and glass fabrication
- Proficiency in reading window schedules, plans, and shop drawings
- Sound knowledge of industry standards and technical decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel

**Desirable**:

- Background in drafting, specification, or fabrication
