Role Purpose:
Within the BST, this role is responsible for Procurement activities within the cluster. The role includes support of the management team of the cluster in transactional procurement.

This position is a permanent position and reports into the Manager Business Services Sopprab Cluster.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Transactional Procurement:
- Generate and Request Purchase orders for goods and services required by the business in the cluster- Negotiate supplier contracts for small value purchases and execute accordingly, assuring all is done in compliance with Sibelco procurement policies and procedures- Collaborate with cross functions to settle Receiving/Invoicing issues, resolve PO mismatches- Handle master data change requests and act as a single point of contact for contract changes- Tracking and/or expediting on goods/services delivery by the vendors.- Secure discipline in good receipts update by the people in the cluster- Responsible for contract management and maintain contracts in SAP system Provide ad-hoc support to the Sub-Regional procurement team when required

2) CAPEX:
- Following up end-to-end CAPEX process, including financial justification calculation and post investment reviews

3) Continuous Improvement:
- Recommends ways to improve support for the business in the cluster by changing policies, processes, standards and practice and liaise with sub-regional and global functional experts in this respect- Act as a change champion on global and sub-regional policy and procedures deployment

About you:
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting and any related field- Min 3 years of Procurement Experience preferably in the Manufacturing field, but not mandatory- Solid knowledge of various procurement tactics and strategies, with knowledge of supply chain areas, eg. Logistics, import/export regulations and trade compliance is a bonus- Experience in working with Office 365 and ERP system preferably SAP- Good verbal and written communication skills (English & Thai)- Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast pace environment- Strong problem solving skills and interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of stakeholders- Having basic notion and capabilities to learn and quickly built experience in the other expertise area- English - proficient verbal & writing- Local language of the country of base and main operations - proficient verbal & writing
