The Business Transformation Lead role is vital to ensure that our operation model in Streams is successful and the business is able to embed sustainable, impactful, change and ensure we are ready for our future business challenges. You will bring your change capability, growth mindset & positivity to support our ways of working.
As a thought leader and change catalyst, the BTL will embed a growth mindset across the organisation for how we participate, innovate, and collaborate
What you’ll bring:

- Extensive energy Industry Experience (desirable)
- Experience working within an agile delivery team in a continuous delivery environment
- Prior experience in comparable project roles, 8+ years’ experience in a project, program or portfolio change enabling role (PM, PD, Change Manager, Change Lead, etc)
- Proven experience in ability to coach others to increase delivery effectiveness
- An effective negotiator and influencer - Persuade stakeholders and team rather than coerce
- Exuding passion and energy to foster enthusiasm among the team in bringing the team’s vision to life
- A natural servant leader who seeks to understand by listening and focusses on the growth of the whole person, not just their technical skills
- Adaptable and flexible to changes in priorities and demands
- Decisive and timely to make necessary decisions quickly
