
Commercial Administration Manager

Strong technical skills in relation to Microsoft Excel.
- Experience analysing Profit & Loss statements and creating budgets.
- Experience managing business processes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Can do attitude and the ability to multi-task.
- Previous experience in the franchise sector is not essential, but would be highly desirable.
Tasks & responsibilities **Analysing the groups P & L's to create meaningful benchmarking data.**
- Assisting Franchise owners with creation of budgets and finding ways to improve financial performance.
- Co-ordinate with our external legal advisors issuing and updating Agreements.
- Review and update the Franchise Operations Manual as required.
- Maintain version control and electronic storage of legal documents.
- Support new Franchisee's in the commercial aspects of opening a new site.
- Prepare feasibility for new sites including site planning and design, competitor analysis, budgets and capex requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and facilitate group buying initatives.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
