We are now offering employment opportunities for an Administration Officer to be part of our brand new, state-of-the-art aged care facility

The role:

The Administration Officer provides administrative and clerical support to the Facility Manager and the Facility's various departments.

The successful candidate will need a sound understanding of residential aged care and is support reception as well as maintaining external provider requirements, employee workplace resource requirements, petty cash, payment of monies, and lastly, support admissions.

About you:

  • Previous experience in aged care and health administration,
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Accreditation process and auditing.
  • An understanding of WHS, Infection Control, Complaints Management, Restrictive Practices and SIRS reporting requirements in Aged Care.
  • Strong people management skills and computer literacy skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Well-developed problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Willingness and passion to ensure an exceptionally high standard of service delivery.

  • Right to work in Australia by nationality/Citizenship/Residency/Work Visa.
  • 100 points of photographic proof of identity.
  • Proof of Influenza Vaccination.
  • Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination.
  • Professional Registration.
