- Kew, AUThe primary purpose of the Manager Commercial Sales is to achieve GM1 sales and GM1 targets by managing both customers and clients for true ‘’end-to-end” commerciality. Commercial Manager wear a “second hat”’ as client managers, fully ‘’farming’’ assigned client portfolios by mastering portfolio applicable to their cluster/BL and championing client portfolio to the team. CMs assist colleagues in project development with a view to maximizing new wins and GM1 growth.

**Some of your General Responsibility will include**:
**Strategy Execution**
- Supports the business strategy and aligns client objectives with DKSH commercial objectives.

**Sales & Profitability**
- Identifies customers’ gatekeepers and decision makers, deepens those relationships, increases portfolio selling GM1 and GM1%
- Deeply understands the customer’s business needs
- Identifies effective pricing strategies to ensure gross margin protection and growth,
- Negotiates with customers for partnerships, major project opportunities to become leading supplier of specialty chemicals

**Marketing and New Business Development**
- Develops go to market strategy (GTM) for product portfolios. Collaboratives with the team to execute.
- Continuously farms clients ‘product portfolio, identifying value propositions to position optimally against competitors’ products achieves targeted GM1 from new product development projects by winning new customers and fully exploiting portfolio selling,
- Exploits DKSH digital marketing capabilities to accelerate project development and DKSH and client brand value
