**The opportunity**:
Reporting directly to the Hush Puppies Product Manager, this role will work closely with the Hush Puppies and Julius Marlow Product teams in the management of the product lifecycles. This position will provide efficiencies for the teams across all product touch points for the brands.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Contribute to a great culture fuelled by our passionate and diverse team
- Assist China Office to manage weekly WIPs, ready for our product set up meetings
- Managing the sample process, critical path and shipment tracking.
- Conduct seasonal competitor analysis.
- Set up and manage seasonal Range Grids.
- Lead product fit & wear test feedback forms with wear testers.
- Manage Product Development file structures and keep updated. Example: seasonal folders, critical fit & tooling folders, Global folders, Design Briefs.
- Manage / maintain seasonal material swatch libraries.
- Cost summary build and management
- Managing & cross-checking Invoices, and arranging payments
- Showroom management & seasonal product rotations.
- Critical Path Management
- Create & maintain sales sample distribution list each season.
- Maintain product assortment plan and ensure price-list is constantly up to date
- Seasonal Product catalog build.
- Product data maintenance through AP21 system.

**The skills and experience you offer us**:
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Microsoft Outlook. AP21 experience also advantageous
- Positive “can do” attitude
- Strong communication skills across all levels of organisation.
- Ability to prioritise and efficiently manage multiple tasks within set deadlines.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues throughout BC
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and organised.
