**About the opportunity**:
Zeal Digital is looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital marketing strategies for our company. You will have the chance to utilize your expertise in digital platforms, analytics, and innovative marketing techniques to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery that aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (such as sales, product, and design) to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of marketing efforts.
- Optimize website user experience and oversee website maintenance and updates, working closely with web developers/designers when needed.
- Monitor and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and delivering strong ROI.
- Implement and manage digital advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign efficiency.
- Analyze customer journey and touchpoints to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging digital marketing platforms, recommending innovative approaches to reach and engage target audiences.

**About You**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2 years in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

**Skills/Attributes - Desirable**:

- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Certifications in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).
