**About the role**

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Specialist, this role will be responsible for campaign execution of the Club’s promotions and events at all Parra Leagues Group venues.

The Marketing Specialist will bring strong project management and exceptional stakeholder management skills to execute end-to-end campaigns and develop engaging marketing content across multiple channels.

**Key responsibilities**
- End-to-end campaign management of promotions & events including trade promotions, weekly activities (e.g. Bingo/Trivia), targeted offers and ticketed events
- Deliver campaigns on-time and on-budget without any errors
- General administrative tasks as required
- Engaging with external creative agencies to develop engaging creative across different channels including in-venue, digital and direct marketing collateral
- Develop business cases for new promotions to achieve target ROI
- Post-campaign reporting to measure key KPI metrics
- Engaging with key stakeholders including Gaming, Food & Beverage, Operations, Rostering to deliver marketing campaigns

**What makes you perfect for the role?**
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business administration or related discipline
- Willing to work outside normal hours to attend social functions, events, related meetings
- Proven track record in campaign execution across a variety of channels
- Excellent project management skills, familiar with project management tools such as Click-up, Trello, Asana
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite products - advanced Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- RSA Certificate & RCG Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and car
