- Welcome to the Discovery & Innovation Unit - the Regulatory Office at Austin Health. Our mission is to ensure that all research and clinical activities comply with the highest standards of ethics, governance, and operational efficiency. Acting on behalf of Austin Health, we are dedicated to maintaining a robust framework of compliance and excellence.

**Want to ensure compliance and support ethical research?**
- You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant health service regulations and standards. You'll assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, monitor compliance activities, and provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
- You'll have an opportunity to conduct regular audits and assessments, collaborate with other departments to support integrated compliance efforts, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices. You'll also prepare compliance reports and documentation as required.
- About You:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, public health, law, or a related discipline).-
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance-related role, preferably within the healthcare sector.-
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.-
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and audits.-
- Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools.-
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.-
