**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities will include (and not limited to)**:

- Management of Kronos System Operational Performance and Database, enabling appropriate user access and functionality and ensuring accurate record of employee profiles, cost centres etc.
- Administration of termination process pay adjustments, level progressions
- Completion of Employment Verifications or Requests for information
- Liaison with National Payroll to ensure accurate and timely information
- Providing advice and/or action on Kronos pay or EBA/Award related queries received in office, via phone or to Kronos Admin inbox.
- Management of the Kronos end of pay run activities in line with Service Agreements and ensuring conditions of the EBA or Award are upheld
- Reporting
- Training new Kronos Timecard Managers
- General Administration; and
- Compliance and adherence with all organisational Policies and Procedures.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong experience in payroll administration or use of Kronos or similar system and in interpreting and upholding EBA’s and Awards and proven ability to learn and retain a vast scope of knowledge.

**You will also demonstrate**:

- An outstanding commitment to quality and excellence
- Extensive experience in payroll administration or kronos is desirable
- A positive attitude toward achieving outcomes and being a cohesive contributing team member
- Strong time management and organisational skills to effectively manage a high volume of tasks, often with competing priorities and under set timeframes
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated self-initiative and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; and
- Familiarity with SAP would be advantageous.
