Capella Capital is seeking a Project Administrator to join the team on a part-time basis (3 days per week) for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is based in Bendigo, Victoria.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Project Administrator is part of a small team based in Bendigo, Victoria. The principal role of the Project Administrator is to effectively manage the administrative functions of the Bendigo Hospital Project and assist the CEO in ensuring the project is administered effectively.
You will provide administrative support to the Exemplar Health team and assist with basic financial processing tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. You will develop an understanding of team priorities and commitments in order to manage communication flow, organise and coordinate meetings, produce reports, assist with the administration of staff requirements, prepare and manage documents as required, and manage various administrative processes.
You will support the CEO in the management of Bendigo Bank House including the coordination and oversight the operations of Bendigo Bank House with our operating partners, Spotless, Bendigo Health, Gouge Linen and Bendigo Bank. This will include issues troubleshooting and resolution, quality assurance and producing reporting and analysis of data as required.

- Knowledge and understanding of Public Private Partnerships;- Worked within an SPV environment, or with an Operator/ FM provider/O&M specialist in a support role to commercial/contracts managers- Ability to work with various stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and positions of authority- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite- Demonstrated experience in managing and supporting busy teams- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn in new environments- Is self-motivated and can work productively without continuous and direct supervision- Has strong communication skills- A willingness to support the CEO and team to ensure things get done
About the Project
The Bendigo Hospital Project is a Victorian Government $630m infrastructure project which has delivered a new world-class hospital for the growing needs of the Loddon Mallee regional community of Victoria. Exemplar Health Consortium is the private partner in the public-private partnership (PPP) model for the Bendigo Hospital Project, and delivers a design, build, finance and maintain model. The medical services are being provided by the Bendigo Health Care Group.
The new Bendigo Hospital features 372 inpatient beds and 11 new operating theatres, an integrated cancer centre and mental health unit a helipad on top of a new multi-deck carpark which are connected to the new hospital by link-bridge. It also has a range of retail offerings from Cafes and Coffee Shops to a Pharmacy and Conference Facilities, a childcare Centre, Hotel and an Affordable Patient Accommodation Centre (Bendigo Bank House).
