**Description**:
**Location**: Epsom/Bendigo Bridge Street (travel to Castlemaine required for one role)
**Overview of role**:
We're looking for two Project Support Officers to assist in delivering key infrastructure projects as part of our Bendigo and Castlemaine Water Reclamation Plant (WRP) Upgrades. As a Project Support Officer, you will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Program Director to support project delivery, administration, and stakeholder engagement.
**Your role will include**:
Project Coordination - Assisting in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
Financial and Administrative Support - Managing project documentation, budgets, and resource allocation.
Stakeholder Communication - Supporting engagement with contractors, government agencies, and community groups.
Compliance & Risk Management - Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project guidelines.
Process Improvement - Contributing to a positive and innovative workplace culture.
Have experience in project administration or coordination (preferably in infrastructure, water, or construction projects).
Are highly organised and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
