**About the Role**
As a dedicated Construction Safety Officer, you will be committed to fostering a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Through regular site visits, risk assessments, and incident management, you will provide expert guidance to project teams, contractors, and campus management. Your proactive approach and attention to detail ensure a safe and productive working environment for all.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting audits and inspections by regularly assess site activities to confirm compliance with legislative and contractual requirements.
- Offering guidance to Project Managers on OHS systems, incident investigations, and safety in design processes.

**Who we are looking for**

You will also have:

- Relevant Occupational Health & Safety qualifications (post graduate preferred but not essential) or, an equivalent combination of relevant experience and / or education / training.
- Proven experience in managing safety on construction sites.
- Current construction induction training (White Card).
- Demonstrated strong computer skills in range of Microsoft software and contract management systems.
