**What Will You Do?**
- Participate in establishing and executing regional sales profit plans.
- Proactively represent all products and services within the Irrigation Business portfolio.
- Assist in preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and profit forecasts and developing strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage a combination of key accounts, projects, and industry associations as requested by the National Irrigations Specifications Manager.
- Monitor and report accurate market data, competitor activities, and developing trends within the industry.
- Work closely with service managers and Toro employees to ensure excellence in customer service experience.
- Monitor sales and profit performance and implement improvement strategies when necessary.
- Organize, coordinate, and support the implementation of field days and trade shows.
- Promote, demonstrate, and profitably sell new products as they are launched into the marketplace.
- Ensure conformance with processes related to credit, pricing deviations, and inventory management.
- Investigate and resolve customer problems with deliveries, accounts, or pricing issues.
- Maintain current knowledge on new products, competitors’ products, and other general market information of interest to customers.
- Complete reports and updates as per the requirements of the National Irrigations Specifications Manager.
- Ensure sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards and Toro’s Code of Conduct.
- Accept and adhere to all WHSE responsibilities, policies, procedures, and safe work practices related to the position.
- Utilize Infor CRM in accordance with National Irrigations Specifications Manager.
- Provide finance solutions as an option to achieve sales outcomes.

- Exceptional and proven sales skills in an irrigation/equipment environment.
- Relevant industry experience.
- Strong sales, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Excellent PC and Microsoft Office literacy.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and demonstrates a flexible and proactive approach to the work environment.
- A professional and friendly image.
- Ability to work independently, with mínimal day-to-day instructions, or as part of a team.
- A valid Australian motor vehicle license.
- Knowledge of safe working practices.
- Infor CRM or other database management skills.
