**The Opportunity**:
We're seeking a dedicated sales professional to contribute to the ongoing success of the company in the role of Area Sales Manager, reporting to the State Sales Manager, and the National Sales Manager. This full time permanent position is a hybrid role, involving office based work at the company's Sydney based branch, as well as state travel including overnight stays for which expense allowances are provided. This role will be responsible for product sales and maintaining and developing client relations within a designated portion of the Brisbane area and Northern Queensland.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Achieve designated territory's sales targets, driving outstanding outcomes
- Collaborate closely with team members and internal customer service, ensuring a coordinated sales effort
- Cultivate sales opportunities with distributors, end users, and explore new distribution channels
- Identify prospects for upselling our premium products
- Foster and fortify key customer relationships, uncovering avenues for sales growth and added value within our existing customer base
- Support internal sales team as needed to process orders, follow up on customer inquiries, expedite goods to ensure smooth customer fulfillment & generate quotes

**What's on offer**:

- Full-time permanent position, 38 hrs p/w
- Mon-Fri, between the hours of 8am-5pm
- $75KPA + monthly bonus incentive schemes - state & national
- Company vehicle + fuel card
- 4 star accommodation & meal allowances

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years' sales and customer sales experience
- Strong customer service skills including an affinity for dealing with technical inquiries and solution based selling
- Excellent work ethic and proactiveness in dealing with customer and client relations
- Strong business relationship development skills
- Successful track record in sales and working in a fast paced team environment
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Computer literacy, having JDE experience would be advantages but not essential
- Full Australian drivers licence
- **The right to permanently live & work in Australia**
