About The Role
As an Elders Area Manager, you will be responsible for championing and driving our G.R.E.A.T Northern Strategy across Central Queensland. This is a senior leadership role where you will demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence and effectively engage, inspire and empower branch leaders in the Central Queensland area to drive customer-focussed results throughout the Elders branch network. With a strong focus on our future and building a sustainable business, you will have demonstrated experience in leading all aspects of area outcomes. In return you will have the support of an experienced and highly engaged network that will invest in your success and development. Your professional growth will be a key focus and you will be supported to be a high performing business and people-leader in within Elders.
**Responsibilities**:
- As an Area Manager you will enjoy a day including:

- Demonstrating thought leadership and driving the strategy and planning for the CQ Area and State-
- Driving the marketing and promotion of all Elders products-
- Prioritising the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contributing to Elders’ zero-harm culture-
- Inspiring, coaching and mentoring staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunitiesAbout You

- Have proven capabilities in the management of operations, people and sales and strong negotiation skills-
- Can effectively demonstrate emotional intelligence, self -awareness and open communication in engaging with the wider team and customer base-
- Own and demonstrate the Elders values-
