**Key Responsibilities**:

- To support business analysis via volume, revenues, marketing spending reporting and market data to help monitor and review performance vs business targets of sale and marketing of copy paper under designated trademarks in Australia and NZ
- To work, in conjunction with Cluster Marketing Manager, with marketing agency/agencies for the development and execution of brand campaigns including, but not limited to, television commercials (TVC), online, public relations (PR), social networking services (SNS), and outdoor activities;
- Within the development and execution of marketing plans & Brand campaigns, support CDM with business performance evaluation, Market & business segmentation, including review of 4P theory implementation (Price, Promotion, Product, and Placement)
- To help conduct market research to develop strong consumer insights of copy paper under designated trademarks and report to the Company and/or its designated person and/or its affiliate;
- To support development and execution of Channel Marketing Expense programs (CME programs) and relevant control of expense vs approved budget with report of results including supporting documents to the Company and/or its designated person and/or its affiliate;
- To participate cross functional Channel Development team meeting to communicate current marketing initiatives and assist sales team to develop channel communication plan;
- To perform multifunctional and additional tasks which are assigned when the Company needs.

**Experience**:
3-4years within similar role in Office Stationery Products manufacturer, as preferred. FMCG second preference

**Location**:
Sydney as preferred. Melbourne second preference

**Package**:
Annual full package range AUD90-110K (depending on industry of experience and on experience/studies)

**Organization structure**:
Reporting to Regional Director, ANZ & Europe.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
