**As a Marketing Executive you have a passion for delivering data driven and personalised communications that drive amazing customer experiences. You will be responsible for executing highly effective, personalised and timely customer focused marketing campaigns that delight and drive value for our customers. You will manage these campaigns end-to-end by partnering with**
**internal and external creative and digital experience teams.**

**Responsibilities**
- Execute data driven, direct marketing activities to engage, delight and retain customers.
- Work with Senior Manager and Marketing Managers in your team to plan and deliver targeted campaigns and offers, across multiple segments and a variety of channels.
- Optimise campaigns with Test & Learn activities
- Work with delivery teams to ensure prioritization of activities, effective briefings and quality creative delivery on time.
- Utilise insights and leverage our Data Science teams capability to drive world class data driven marketing.
- Responsible for quality execution of campaigns across all channels.
- Sharing of performance insights and tactics with wider team to drive collective improvement

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience in campaign management, direct marketing or customer life-cycle roles
- Demonstrable experience in managing marketing campaigns and working with internal partners to execute them
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn.
- You’re passionate about data and leverage it to drive campaign performance
- Experience in working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Developed written and verbal communication with excellent interpersonal skills
- Works well under pressure to deliver results whilst maintaining values
