Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our client in the property tech space.

You will be responsible for managing and executing offline and online marketing campaigns, including events and webinars.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage marketing collateral, including sales materials, presentations, case studies, and product documentation.
- Develop and execute online and offline events, including webinars, tradeshows, and conferences.
- Manage the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
- Use marketing automation platforms, ideally Zoho, to develop and execute campaigns, track results, and report on metrics.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics as needed to meet KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and support for marketing campaigns.

**Key Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 + years of experience in marketing, with a focus on both online and offline campaigns.
- Experience with DV360, Search, Social;
- Google Ads, Facebook, Linkedin, Insta, Snapchat.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms, ideally Zoho.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and effective marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Hands-on experience with campaign execution and implementation.

This role is based onsite in Sydney.
