**About the role**

The role carries out regulatory and compliance functions for the NSW Energy Savings Scheme (ESS), the Peak Demand Reduction Scheme (PDRS) and the Renewable Fuel Scheme (RFS).

In this role you will:

- undertake analysis using a risk-based approach to help make decisions regarding regulatory and compliance related matters
- assess the eligibility of energy efficient products for use in the schemes
- prepare and present written briefings to senior staff and the Tribunal, our decision maker
- prepare publicly available guidance to support accreditation and compliance processes
- support the effective administration of best practice regulatory and compliance programs and policies.

The salary range for this role is $96,550 to $105,746 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional experience are required for this role.
