ING, Australia’s most recommended bank for the 3rd year running is looking for a highly capable Analyst for the cross-sector Transaction & Regulatory team.

This is a pivotal role where you’ll be working in a team that provides transactional and regulatory support to the major sectors within ING Wholesale Banking. The team handles complex operational tasks to ensure quality of service during transaction closing and execution, while managing effectiveness of first line controls.

As a **Transaction & Regulatory Analyst**, you will work closely on all Sector Transaction Management topics to ensure lending transaction processes run smoothly.

**What you’ll do**
- Portfolio management and monitoring activities including covenant monitoring, collateral management and internal regulatory reporting
- Loan data quality management
- Managing the execution and closing of Wholesale Banking lending transactions
- Overseeing KYC onboarding, offboarding and KYC review processes
- First point of contact for Audit, SOX and KCT requests for Wholesale Banking
- Internal project rollouts for the wider Wholesale Banking

**What we’re looking for**
- 2+ years’ experience in a Banking/ Financial Services role
- Sound knowledge of banking products and risk management
- Good knowledge of banking products, including but not limited to: KYC, loan documentation, annual reviews, audits and covenant structures.
- Strong data management, time management and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
