ING, Australia’s most recommended bank for the 3rd year running is looking for a **Transaction and Regulatory Analyst **within the **Wholesale Banking **space, someone who is an established and highly capable Analyst to join the newly created cross-sector Transaction & Regulatory team.

This is a pivotal role where you’ll be working in a team that provides transactional and regulatory support to the various sectors within ING Wholesale Banking. The team handles complex operational tasks to ensure quality of service while managing effectiveness of first line controls.

As a Lending Transaction Management Expert, you’ll be working closely on all Sector Transaction Management topics to ensure operational processes run efficiently and smoothly.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Monitoring approvals for covenant structure creation and any that are ongoing
- Onboarding, initiating, off boarding and overseeing progress for KYC
- Providing Audit and regulatory reporting
- Closing and executing documents, FTP templates, #104 and funding process for initial drawdowns
- Updating annual review dates, PS limit changes, covering inputs and tracking syndication requirements
- Progressing tracking of ongoing WB projects

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- 2+ years’ experience in a Banking/ Financial Services role
- Sound knowledge of banking products and risk management
- Good knowledge of banking products, including but not limited to: KYC, document execution, annual reviews, audits, covenant structures as well as advisory.
- Strong data management, time management and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
