Residential real estate agency looking for a Strata/Body Corporate Manager to assist with their portfolio.

**Your new company**
Our client is a Brisbane based real estate agency who offer a number of services to clients looking to buy or sell in the residential property space. Due to a peak in workload, they are looking to add a Strata/Body Corporate Manager to their team to support the organisation in the ongoing maintenance of various properties.

**Your new role**
As the Strata/Body Corporate Manager, you will be responsible administrative services to the body corporate including conducting meetings, addressing client enquiries, and coordinating day to day maintenance for properties. You will also manage insurance claims and assist with keeping financial accounts, as well as importing relevant data into their internal systems to ensure accurate account management.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of body corporate management, with some experience in residential real estate or property management. You will therefore come from a background in strata or body corporate management, will a current Real Estate Registration Certificate or the ability to acquire one. You will have previous experiences with liaising with committee members, managing portfolios, organising repairs and maintenance, arranging insurance, and lodging insurance claims, and writing and submitting reports and agendas. A valid driver’s licence is required and previous experience with Property IQ is preferred.

**What you'll get in return**
You will be offered an immediate start in an initial 1-2-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension or going into permanency. You will be offered a negotiable rate + super depending on experience. On-site parking is also available in their Annerley location.
