We are seeking someone with Strata Management experience to step into a full portfolio, however we will consider anyone with strong proven project management or Real Estate experience wanting to enter a growing and stable Industry.

About the role:

- Managing a full complement of medium to large sized buildings
- Provide high quality service to clients, agents and contractors
- Providing professional advice on all aspects of Strata Management
- Prompt follow up & resolution of enquiries & complaints
- Understanding of financial statements
- Knowledge of strata legislation
- Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
- Prepare agendas, budgets, minutes and notices
- Convene and conduct meetings

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous experience in Strata Management preferred but not essential
- Strong, demonstrated customer service skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task and prioritise work
- Well-developed problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well within a team and autonomously
- Proficient computer skills
- Motor vehicle and drivers licence essential
- PropertyIQ experience would be an advantage

Salary package is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Willing to consider flexible working arrangement on request.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
