We a looking for an Administrative Assistant to take responsibility for general administration tasks within an office environment. Play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Scanning, photocopying of client files for appropriate filing and archiving
- Preparation of mail outs
- Monitor stationery stock levels and requirements, checking and verifying receipt of stationery orders
- Maintaining office supplies including breakfast bar etc.
- Assisting Office Manager with ad hoc duties, general administration, projects, staff events, and functions as required
- Assist with database management

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in an administrative support role
- Tech savvy and knows their way around Office 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Good time management skills
- Pro-active and eager attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and well-spoken
