The role of the Support Coordinator is to ensure that each participant receives tailored support to implement, monitor and review their NDIS plan, including coordinating informal, mainstream, community, and funded supports. The focus is on short and long term supports to strengthen
the participant’s ability to coordinate their supports, and to assist them to live at home and participate in the community.

Degree level qualifications in a Disability (or related) field.

Your excellent assessment and planning skills that enhance outcomes for people with NDIS funded support.
