**Position Overview:**

We are a disability support provider dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities gain independence and live the life they deserve. Our services are designed to provide comprehensive support and assistance to those who need help so they can lead independent, fulfilling lives.

We are seeking a dedicated Worker to join our team. This individual will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities including gardening, cleaning, transportation of people, meal preparation, and providing support to NDIS participants with a variety of needs. You will contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of our facilities, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency while ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our NDIS participants.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Supporting NDIS Participants:**

  • Provide assistance and support to NDIS participants with various needs.

  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of participants.

  • Collaborate with other team members and external stakeholders to meet the individual needs of participants.

**Qualifications:**

  • Up-to-date CPR certification

  • Working with Children's Check certification.

  • Experience working with NDIS participants with diverse needs preferred.

  • Valid driver's license

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and participant well-being.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

  • First Aid Certification (Required)
  • Working with Children Check (Required)
  • National Police Certificate (Required)
  • Driver Licence (Required)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Preferred)
