Our client is an outcome-focused, quality-driven, registered training organisation (RTO) located in Melbourne offering a range of vocational courses to international and domestic students. They are seeking an experienced sessional trainers to lead and deliver a range of qualifications in the Allied Health, Community Services and Community Services sectors.

**Some of your responsibilities include**:
The role offers variety, with the opportunity to be involved in course development and design, validation, moderation to ensure delivery is efficient, engaging, and holistic for our Learners. If you are an experienced Trainer and Assessor with sound experience in training, we want you to join our growing team.
- Deliver engaging training to promote student participation in face-to-face
- and virtual settings
- Manage the progression of each student through their enrolled course, providing timely feedback and support
- Work within program guidelines to meet training and assessment standards
- Contribute to the achievement of MCIE students
- Undertake professional development to ensure industry currency.
- Delivery of business studies across a number of business qualifications meeting VET standards and requirements.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate**:

- Experience in a similar role with the desire to guide the development of youth.
- Accurate and timely record management.
- Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Intermediate IT and computer skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with effective time management skills.

**Job Requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- Provide a Working with Children Check
- Australian working rights
- Relevant experience or qualifications in the areas
- Ability to work remotely across a number of locations, specifically Ballarat
- A current Driver Licence and own registered vehicle with the ability to travel.
- Working with Children Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check and a National Police Check or willingness to obtain.
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
