Role Description
The RTO & Sales Manager is responsible for managing the operations of the training organisation in compliance with regulatory standards while driving sales and business growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing compliance with RTO standards, managing training programs, developing and executing sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. The role requires leadership in guiding teams, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Melbourne, VIC, with opportunities for remote work.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Registered Training Organisation (RTO) compliance standards and experience in managing training programs.
- Exceptional skills in sales strategy development, business development, and client relationship management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management principles and frameworks, with a focus on analytics and decision-making.
- Experience with educational course development, delivering student-focused solutions, and industry engagement.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role and adapt to changing work environments.
- Relevant qualifications in Training, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field are highly desirable.
- Knowledge or experience in the project controls and infrastructure industries is a plus.
