Accounts Officer Needed, Geelong, $34.00PH + Super, 5 Month Temp Role - Possible Extension, Immediate Start

Hays is currently partnered with a large Healthcare organisation to recruit a Accounts Officer in a Temporary capacity.

**Your new role**
As an experienced Accounts Officer you will be responsible, but not limited to the following:

- Entering invoices into the accounts payable systems
- Experience with AR duties
- Processing payments
- Matching invoices with purchase orders & resolving any queries
- Liaising with suppliers regarding accounts & setting up new accounts
- Reconciliations
- Management of AP inbox
- Performing ad hoc tasks as required by your supervisor

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Qualifications in accounting in finance is desirable
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Ability to learn new operation systems and processes
- Advanced organisational skills
- Able to perform detailed work accurately and promptly.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite programs, specifically Excel.
