Large Geelong Company Seeks Skilled Accounts Receivable Professional

**Your new company**

Hays is partnered with a large multi-site manufacturing client who is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable professional to join their team in Geelong.

The client has sites across Regional Victoria and Geelong with a rich history of innovation and supplying high quality products.

**Your new role**

You will have previous accounts receivable. Your ability to build outstanding relationships with customers will see you succeed in this energetic role. You will be a passionate hot shot with proven results in driving growth in a target-driven business.

**What you can expect to be doing**
- Handle debtor enquiries with professionalism
- Undertake billing, collection and reporting activities
- Maintain and reconcile trade debtors
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments & irregularities
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Review ageing accounts to ensure compliance
- Manage end of month reporting

**What you will bring to the role**
- Demonstrated accounts receivable experience
- A can-do attitude with the ability to think laterally
- Ability to work autonomously and in a small team
- A passion for customer service
- Strong accounts package experience
- A sound business acumen
