The ACT Board of Senior Secondary Studies (ACT BSSS) is a statutory authority responsible for the certification of senior secondary school studies in government and non-government schools in the Australian Capital Territory.

The successful applicant will be motivated and dynamic, seeking to join the Office of the Board of Senior Secondary Studies team and work within a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation.

The Administrative and Operations Coordinator will be outcomes focused working with others to deliver high levels of accountability and excellence, as well as contribute to the development, alignment, and delivery of high-quality service design in the context of the goals and expectations of the agency.

**Eligibility/other requirements**:

- A working knowledge of the Oracle, APAIS and TM1 systems or a demonstrated willingness and capacity to acquire this knowledge.
- To be eligible for permanent employment within the ACT Public Service you must be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident.
- Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the _Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011_ is required. For further information on Working with Vulnerable People registration refer to - Working with vulnerable people (WWVP) registration (act.gov.au)

**Note**:This is a temporary position available for a period of six months, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months, and/or permanency.
