**The Role**
To support our rapid growth, we are looking to add a passionate and motivated Administrative Coordinator to our team. You’ll be based in our Canberra office, our preference is for our Administrative Coordinator to be onsite Monday to Friday.

This is a key role in our administration team and its customers, whilst being accountable for a broad range of activities from basic administrative tasks including but not limited to supporting front of house servicing, reception tasks, meeting and greeting clients, organising catering etc. In addition, you will be handling queries and problem solving through to actively contributing to projects within the teams.

Reporting into our Director - Administration, this entry-level position has a clear career development path and is an ideal fit for a well-presented and polished, detail-oriented administrative professional.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the office/front of house servicing and reception is operating smoothly and managing adequate supply resourcing as needed.
- Work alongside the Executive Business Partner in managing team events, organising internal/external meetings, booking travel, hotels and couriers.
- Effectively provide professional administration support to leaders as necessary.
- Run reports as required and assist with the administration and co-ordination of teams and practices.
- Responsible for purchasing office supplies and sundry items required by the management team, using the relevant systems.
- Proactively identify where additional support can be given to the leaders and managers in the team.

- 1-2 years’ experience in a Team Administrator and/or receptionist role, ideally with some hands-on experience in administration and coordination.
